1. Gather your existing records
Identify the customers, suppliers, parts, BOMs and current orders you need to carry forward. If you are leaving another ERP system, arrange the exports you need from that supplier.

Put your records into the relevant templates. Use this preparation to review your data and make sure it reflects what your team needs at changeover.
3. Import and review with your team
Use the self-service tool to import your prepared data. Review the imported records with the people who will use them before making the system part of everyday work.
